    Brought my truck here for an unscheduled oil change while i was passing through town. My advisor Adrian was very nice, recommended I leave it with them till 4 (roughly 4hrs) and he would try to fit it in. I agreed and hung out in the lobby, drinking their fresh coffee and using their wifi for work. While performing the oil change they did a full inspection and sent videos of everything they found and recommended. Best part was it only took about 2hrs instead of the 4. They also washed the truck which was just icing on the cake. I travel all over the us and this was by far one of the best experience at a dealer for service. Thanks for the great experience 🤙

    Absolutely the worst service dept I have dealt with. New Tacoma bought here and has all kinds of electrical issues due to water leaks. A quick Google search shows that this is a common and known problem for this vehicle, yet the service manager had one goal and that was to blame us. Had to claim on our auto insurance to get fixed, went to pick up the vehicle (they called and said ready) and upon inspection there back seat had a bunch of loose parts that had never been put back on. Got home finally- this morning went to drive truck and steering locked up, no power brakes and dash lights went crazy. Fortunately on a side street or this would have been a serious issue. General Manager won’t return emails, Service Manager won’t listen to the customer and just wants you out of his office. Many more details, but do yourself a favor and go to Havasu, El Centro or anywhere else!

    I have a mixed review. As a lifelong Toyota lover, I accept it has flaws but am sold on their quality, regardless. However, they need to stand behind their brand when the vehicle's issues are not standard. They did, when the paint peeled in huge patches, the size of my hand, or bigger. They made the repairs and provided a loaner. However, the headlights have been cloudy for most of the life of the vehicle, despite my paying them to fix them. I overlooked that. Now, my trunk won't latch. Not a big deal. Life happens. When you Google it, it appears to be a common issue for Toyota Corollas. Like the paint issue. Yet, just for the pleasure of looking at their defective latch, they want to charge $159. Before parts and labor. This isn't a blown engine. It's not overheated. It's a commonly defective part. Sold by them. That's an EXORBITANT service fee, before repairs and parts, for a defective car part that they sold. I always have great customer service there. I like being able to take my car to the local dealership. But, IMHO, that's EXORBITANT. Stand behind your brand. Charge a reasonable fee for seeing if, in fact, the customer has a defective part on their vehicle, especially when it is a known issue.

    The crew at Alexander Toyota is awesome! Tito, Juan and everyone else involved in the purchase of our 4Runner were amazing! From the time we rolled onto the lot with our trade, to the moment we left in our new ride the transaction was no pressure and very accommodating. I would recommend Alexander Toyota to anyone looking for a new ride. Thanks all, if I'm ever in the market for an upgrade I'll be back!

    It wasn’t a long drawn out negotiation. They came close to what my original offer was and financing went easy. Carlos was helpful and respectful in sales. He listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me to a more expensive car. Chance in finance didn’t hurry us and answered all our questions.
