    Thank you for helping me with the purchase of my first Hyundai vehicle and for the outstanding customer service I recently received at Hyundai. Your dedication and knowledge of the vehicle I purchased and guidance along with the professionalism was beyond my expectation and taking the extra steps to make my purchase experience quick and very effectively a big thank you to Felix! The financed department experienced was excellent in less than 30min I had completed my purchased thanks to Nestor. I appreciated you both for the awesome experience.

    what I am discovering dealing with different dealerships over the past 4 years is that they all have issues in some way, although this dealership eventually fixed the problem with my car, initially they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it so I had to ask to do a test drive with one of the mechanics & he then heard the noise I was referring to but once we got back to the service department the advisor came to me & tried to gaslight me by referring to the noise as "faint" which it was not; another issue, I had an appointment @11 and was told someone would get back to me between 1 & 2 however I showed up at around 2 and they were out to lunch, I saw my car sitting to the side & I knew they either had not looked at my car yet or they just did not give me the courtesy to call to give me an update before they went to lunch so I ended up having to leave my car overnight because they ran out of time, their time management could be better plus I had asked the receptionist to have them check & even out my tire pressure but that was completely ignored - overall, the mechanic was nice & helpful, the receptionist was nice but seemed aloof & the advisor tried to gaslight me but my car did get fixed so I do appreciate that Update: 10-21-23 had written another update but it did not save, my engine light came on a week ago took my car in on 10-13-23, waited 3 hours for them to tell me they had to order a part & it should take about 3-5 days for the part to arrive, it has now been over a week, called today & was told the part won't arrive until next Thursday, I was also told my car will be "safe to drive" with the engine light issue, hopefully nothing else happens while I wait on the part to arrive side note: I have a 2024 Tucson Hybrid, I should not be having these issues on a brand new car plus I got a nail in my tire & my tired went completely flat (not the fault of any dealer) I had my car towed to Hyundai of Yuma only to find out they do not patch tires, it was a complete waste of time to have roadside assistance come, put some air in the tire just enough to get it on the truck and tow my car because I ended having to drive my car from the dealership to Big-O-Tires near my house with barely any air in it, I could have been told over the phone by when I called Hyundai roadside assistance that the dealership does not patch tires Update 11-2-2023 part came in took my car in today supposedly my car was fixed except my engine light came back on again - I am sick of this car!!!! Update 12-3-23 I didn't wait for the part to come in, I ended up trading this car in, Nov 7th, for a KIA, I basically upgraded my other KIA for a new 2024 Seltos SX Turbo & I love it! No issues so far but I loved my other Seltos as well, never had any issues with it; I would rate the Tucson: A for gas mileage & style but an F for reliability & manufacturing & I would rate my Seltos with an A for everything except gas mileage I'd rate it a B-/C+

    I had a fantastic experience at Hyundai Yuma! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The manager, Angel, went above and beyond to help my friend purchase her first car. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. The selection of vehicles was impressive and the prices were very competitive. I highly recommend Hyundai Yuma to anyone in the market for a new car. Thank you to Angel and the rest of the staff for making this a memorable and enjoyable car-buying experience!

    The service I receive at Hyundai of Yuma is stellar. Most recently, my service advisor Alfredo made sure I made it to work on time by driving me himself because the shuttle was running behind. I’m new to Yuma so I didn’t buy my car from this dealership, but they treat me like they have known me for years. Grateful for the exceptional care they provide.

    The staff at Hyundai of Yuma were knowledgeable regarding the Hyundai brand and getting me into the best vehicle to meet my needs. The sales process was seamless and efficient, this meant that I spent minimal time at the dealer before leaving with my new vehicle. Thank You
